15 or so years ago, I was volunteering for a food drive that my son's school lacrosse team was sponsoring. I just happened to be there for the final shift and got to chat with the representatives of 3 different food shelf organizations that came by to pick up the donations. They all agreed that there were people that went from food shelf to food shelf in order to acquire as much free food as possible. They had the system down so that they knew exactly the best days and times to hit each place.
The current crew of "migrants" have a similar thing going on. They are in competition with one another to best game the .gov and NGO (supported by .gov) free stuff. They have a network, a system, and it's constantly evolving.

Cash, loaded debit cards, food, housing, phones, everything. It's a fuckin' industry.
I don't seem to remember seeing all those ILLEGALS coming across the border with luggage. I wonder how the luggage arrived?
