Hmm... Okay, but the ddt thing was... a good thing. The West, back then, just didn't want Africa and S .America to use it, and get rid of their diseases. It wanted their populations kept in control. While their propaganda to reduce family size in the West seemed to work, their plans to irradicate the browns and blacks seems to have failed spectacularly.
I guess destroying their farming, medical facilities, infrastructure, supporting corrupt goverments, and else? Turned into furtilizer. Like the bombs, we dropped on Japan, did... initially. But, eventually, forcing the allowance of woman to vote in Japan has taken it's toll.
