That's just a blown oil seal in the APU. The APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) is a small gas turbine that provides electricity and air conditioning while on the ground and bleed air to start the engines. Before APUs airliners had to have ground support units plugged in on the ramp which were costly and dangerous, you don't want people nearby as you start a jet engine. It is not needed for flight, some are wired so that when the wheels leave the ground the fuel supply is shut off.
