Dead, non recovered Ukrainian soldiers left in the grey zone. Local commanders have little motivation for recovering or reporting MIA/KIA because it makes them look bad and they keep the pay of missing and dead. Russians recover their dead and take care of wounded , Russian and Ukrainian.
