Anyone else, besides me, remember the Church hearings from the 70's?
This warrantless spying has been going on since automated telephone switching rooms came into being and probably all the way back to the plug board telephone exchanges. Now with geofencing, if you carry your phone turned on when out and about, .gov knows where you've been within about 50 feet, maybe less, not to mention camera's everywhere.
