I don't see it. Yes, the up close screen shots on twatbook appear to show 2 different shoes.

I want it to be true, but when I look at original material myself, I do not see it. Only when looking at the supplied images that purport to show the swap, is it evident.
Look, I worked in printing for 25 years, cut my teeth in college on Photoshop version 1.5 Baby... you can't trust a screen cap off twitter.
I would love nothing more than to prove our corrupt DOJ and Eff Bee Eye are at the center of another cockup we can use to jail Merrick Garland for high treason... but I don't see it there. I see ONE still frame (that I could have forged in less than 20 minutes), that I am unable to corroborate anywhere else but this one twert.
