Glad to hear about this. I didn't like the idea of having to go all the way to CA from the East Coast just to collect my $4 million.
Although, If I identify as a long term resident of both NJ and CA, I can collect in both places.

These states and district are more than willing to give money to the joggers,then turn around and ask the federal government to bail them out because they don't have enough money. I don't live in these states ,why should I to pay for their joggers. I didn't get to vote on this. Isn't this called taxation with out representation?
