Morning Commute

My good fortune was on 95 while returning from a 3 day weekend in Savannah, two boxes of what appeared to be roofing nails slid off a small flatbed and burst open. Narrowly missed it but not so sure of those driving behind me. Poor Bastards.

Been there! I had just got a great bonus and I bought a mid-life crisis Porsche 928S. It was used but only had 47K miles. The PO had upgraded it to the autocross engine upgrade of new cams, head, and turbo to bump it up to 360HP. I was behind a flatbed truck that had a pallet of 5 gallon paint break free. I was lucky I didn't hit anybody like most of the others did. I was on 285 the perimeter highway around Atlanta. Back in 98 it was a $6k paint job to fix the car. I kept the car for about a year after that. It was a cop magnet but I only got one ticket in it the 3 years I owned it.
