I thought that the whole idea of the grill was to cook the beef? If you want to eat raw meat, why did our ancestors bother with adapting their lifestyles to cook their bagged game? The fans of rare and (raw) Tartare meats are truly misguided.
Maybe not raw but that meat looked like my style. These days I'm more of a pan fried meat guy. Glycation is not your friend, another good reason for minimal heat.
