According to an article I read elsewhere, this is the fourth time this guy's catcon was targeted. It's Texas. My question is why isn't this guy armed and the perp assuming room temperature?
Nemo, I was wondering the same. In Texas, as I understand it, you can shoot somebody stealing from you (as it ought to be everywhere). --Tennessee Budd

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is that it's legal to use deadly force in defence of private property.
More interesting, it's also legal to use deadly force in defense of *public* property, if after dark.
