I know many people experienced pressure and many succumbed but for me there was no pressure. I simply would not take an experimental drug especially for an illness with a 99%+ survival rate and there was nothing anyone could say or do to get me to.
If you were forcibly coerced because of your job, I'd be taking some Irish revenge at work.
