Yes. And? At this rate, they will have to raise the cap by at least 30, though some of us want it at more like a sixty cap. If they let the geeks... mages, illusionists, and such choose, it'll be 30. If they let the tanks, distance and close physical supports, it'll be 60. It's a nice rounder number. Timid little BASTARDS!
