CHIEF NOSE WETTER'S SARCASM DERIVED THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF A GLASS
Please, please tell me that that is not a urinal trough.
Yup,They were quite common in Irish pubs back in the 70's and 80's. They were less expensive than single porcelain urinals and the stainless steel was easy to clean once or twice a year. The third plus is illustrated in the photograph. It's an anti dehydration bed.
