Afternoon Epiphany

So when did everyone start saying "no worries"? It seems like every time you ask someone a question or inquire about something that needs to get accomplished "no worries" is the first thing out of their mouths. You will get "no worries" and the job or task will still get fucked up. Is anyone experiencing the same thing out there? WTF

I first noticed it in New Mexico 5 years ago, I was there training and it was the go to phrase. It really bugged me, now I see it everywhere even in New England.

True, It's a common statement in 'OZ'. That and "She'll be right." Immediately followed by a colossal stuff up.

Australian - brought to America's shores by Paul Hogan in Crocodile Dundee. Seems like a pretty minor thing to comment or blog about.
