Young little brats rail against authority. The sad part is the little bearded rascal is probably making 4 Million a year on a 10 year contract with a built in 8% raise per year too boot.
In my day the best players like Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Moose Skowron & Hank Bauer played for less than $100,000 a year and if they weren't clean shaven they were tossed off the field.

Sadly, professional baseball is taking the route that the NFL took. Soon MLB players will sound and act like NFL players.
