Trump....A Future Dictator?

On Monday, Donald Trump issued a statement advocating “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our representatives can figure out what’s going on.”
Only hours after calling for a “total and complete ban on Muslims entering the United States,” the Republican presidential candidate forwarded the notion that America should also consider “closing the Internet up in some way,” as a means of fighting the Islamic State.
During a speech, Trump said that children in America are “watching the internet and they want to be masterminds,” and “we’re losing a lot of people because of the internet.”
Forwarding the narrative that the internet is responsible for radicalizing Muslims, a contentious point, to say the least, Trump called for closing down the internet, by oddly invoking Microsoft founder Bill Gates as a point man of sorts in his ludicrous scheme.

Trump is correct in wanting to ban all Muslims wanting to enter the U.S. Such a ban is in the U.S Code, passed by Congress a good many years ago. And,all the anti-Trump people are forgetting - conveniently - that Jimmie Carter, a Democrat, when he was President, banned all Iranians from entering the country during the Iranian hostage crisis in the late 70s. Iran is and was 99.9% Muslim. And the left always brings up the detention of Japanese-Americans during World War 2. That is true (there was a girl in my high school class whose family was in one of those camps). But what the left - again, conveniently - forgets (read "ignores") was that the order for the Japanese-Americans to be rounded up was done by Franklin D. Roosevelt, another Democrat.

The radical anti-everything Republican left would do well to get down off their high horses and check their fact before blathering about something they know little to nothing about.
